Our Terms & Conditions cover both Cloud9 Media Limited, www.insight-trader.com, www.financialtradertraining.com and www.insightsupport.com – please take special notice of terms relating specifically to www.insight-trader.com – you agree to these terms specifically when you register on the www.insight-trader.com website.
Cloud9 Media Limited has changed the Terms and Conditions to be more in line with our philosophy and training and that is by being totally transparent and easy to understand. By accepting the following Terms and Conditions, you agree to pay for your subscription – to each site is separately and this agreement applies to both www.insightsupport.com, www.financialtradertraining.com & www.insight-trader.com
By joining any of our websites, means you accept the terms of this agreement relating to globally to Cloud9 Media Limited as a company and then to the reference of the site that you are joining – you are not joining ALL the website and NOR are you paying for ALL the services, UNLESS you have joined all of our websites independently; which can be all our websites or just the one.

Any private charged training or access to www.insightsupport.com charged at the advertised site rate on the order page AND/OR; www.insight-trader.com Trading Software Program: Except for special offers sent from time to time, Insight-Trader.com is $49.95 USD per month, recurring and automatically billed until cancelled by you.
HOW TO GET A REFUND: 30 Day no nonsense refund policy. Should you not be completely happy with our services, please send all materials sent out to you, within 30 days of your first payment, upon receipt of those items, we will refund in full, all monies paid.
Due to the nature of the course materials and training, all course fee’s a final and none refundable – except our 30 day refund policy. It is your responsibility to either cancel the agreement. All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the advertised rates.
Cloud9 Media Limited will repay your course fee If you don’t recoup the cost of your training and Trade Focus membership from the profits of your trading, we will refund what you paid for you initial training. All we ask is that you provide us with the trading receipts and that you have traded for 1 full year with a minimum of £2000 starting balance with our recognised broker – www.worldspreads.com Please contact us relating to any other broker.
YOUR TRADING: This section is a standard disclaimer stating that we can’t be held for your trading and we can’t be held responsible if you lose money. Additional items relating to www.insight-trader.com On purchasing/Subscribing the Cloud9 Media Limited – www.insight-trader.com, the purchaser agrees that
:
1. Any trading carries a high level of risk to your capital. Only speculate with money you can afford to lose. Spread betting, forex trading and Fixed Odds may not be suitable for everyone, therefore ensure you fully understand the risks involved and seek independent financial advice if necessary.
2. No warranty or guarantee of profitability has been made, and no guarantee or warranty of any future profitability or results has been made.
3. The company takes no responsibility for loss resulting from the users however caused, either as a failure in the program, a failure in data delivery or of the information generated by the user in running the software.
4. The company uses a third party for the relaying of data and as such that data is outside of the control of the company. The company will use its best endeavors to supply the market data required by the system. The company will ensure that this is available at least 95% of the time to an accuracy of 95%of the time, but accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions or non delivery, or any loss incurred by the purchaser as a results of errors, omissions or non delivery of that data, support or of the program.
5. On subscribing to the software and using any of the services provided, the purchaser agrees not to copy, lend or otherwise deal in the software, manual or information generated by the program, nor to copy the system onto more than one computer, other than for the purchasers own use. The Purchaser also agrees not to relay or transmit to any third party the content of the manual or software or any information regarding the business of Cloud9 Media Limited – www.insight-trader.com other than in the normal course of using the service and software. The purchaser also agrees to keep the proprietors indemnified against any costs and loses incurred by the proprietors, including the costs incurred enforcing these conditions, in the event of these terms and conditions not being met by the purchaser. The company reserves the right to alter, amend or change the content of the kit at any time.
6. On payment of the monthly license fee that is applicable at the prevailing time, the company will continue to provide the ongoing support, system updates and data to support the software, which is included in the kit. In the event that the purchaser elects not to pay the ongoing license fee within 24 days of it becoming due, the company reserves the right to terminate the supply of data, updates and support of the system and the license is deemed to have lapsed. Purchasers wishing to re instate a lapsed license may do so on payment of the purchase license fee prevailing at the time (this is different to the renewal fee).
7. The company will supply access to the software on the companies servers. The system contains the intellectual property rights of the company, and as the product is vulnerable to copying, no refunds will be made after purchase for lifetime access. 1 month refund policy on monthly subscription/license rental.
8. Record of trades. Unless specified to the contrary, all illustrations of the trades generated by the program on this web site or any publicity material are the result of a notional exercise to illustrate the trades a user may typically have implemented having had the benefit of using the system from 15th of January 2003. It is also used to illustrate the effect of the staking plan and the effect of market moves on spread bet positions and to illustrate the effect of winning and losing sequences generally. As such, the records of trades are not an account of, nor to be construed as, any one persons actual trading account or activity. Users ultimately make their own decisions about the merits or otherwise of following any of the levels generated by the program (if any) Any levels generated by the program are not a recommendation, endorsement or advice on the merits of those positions. Individual users results obtained when following the system will vary depending on the users own implementation of the levels generated by the program and will be affected by considerations such as: – The actual orders placed – The time orders are placed – Differences in spread trading costs – The actual starting bank used – Differences between trading “at quote” or “at market” – Different spread betting companies quoted price – Different trading platform used For this reason, the record of trades can never accurately represent any one persons true position. All information generated as a consequence of using the program is not intended, nor to be construed as offered by Cloud9 Media Limited or their proprietors as specific trading or investment advice in any way, nor is it an endorsement or advice on the merits of implementing actual trades or spread bet positions.
10. Cloud9 Media Limited are not authorised to carry on an investment business or to give investment advice. No support, guidance or advice on any specific situations can or will be given by Cloud9 Media Limited. The user makes all trading decisions alone.
11. Financial trading and spread betting carries a high degree of risk, which is not limited to the amount, invested. Potential users should seek the advice of an independent financial advisor.
12. On paying the subscription fee for www.insight-trader.com, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
